I lived on a permaculture homestead in Hawaii fro three years a littel while back and we'd make coco cream with a Twin Life Juicer and it'd be gone within hours, devoured by everyone! I was so excited to see your coco butter and try it to see how it compared to the fresh cream I used to make and was happy to find it to be so delicious! How do you get it to be so solid at room temp? Ours would always be more liquid...
